
It looks like the guys and gals in the graphics design department at
Newsweek slacked off on account of March Madness. I did too, so I shouldn't judge. But I don't work for
Newsweek (unfortunately). I know the price of oil is affecting everything, including the cost of ink, but what were they thinking with this cover? Some may call it minimalist and creative, maybe even "artsy," but I say it looks like the staff was off a Chili's watching the games when the deadline struck.
